Plan the Vacation to Disney World
Visiting Disney World is a dream come true for the kids. Of course, it’s not exactly a stress-free vacation for the parents but if you plan it well, there shouldn’t be too many problems.
When planning your vacation to Disneyworld , the first thing to consider is when to go. And that should balance several factors: weather, crowds, special events and park hours. Weather-wise, if you travel with the kids, it’s best to avoid the summers, which are humid. If you cannot get a vacation outside the summer season, you should know that the line-ups are under shade or in AC areas and to cool down you can always hit a wet ride. As for the crowds, late April is usually a good time to visit. But price-wise, April it falls during the “regular season”.
If you want to attend the special events, be prepared for high prices and a lot of visitors. Most such events take places between Thanksgiving and Christmas, but spring brings Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival.
Spring is also a good time to visit because the airfare and accommodation prices are still affordable. Flights to Orlando are not hard to find and many carriers offer special deals during this time of the year. All you need to do is keep your eyes on their websites. As for the cheap hotels in Disneyworld make sure to do the research before you leave and choose the best option for you and your family. If you want to save money on accommodation, you can always stay outside the resort, but then you should consider the price of transportation, as well.
Just remember to consider the fitness level of your kids and the fact that they get tired quite easily and the result is often not very nice. So take regular breaks and bring healthy snacks (fruits, nuts, etc) and lots of water. The last thing you need is a cranky kid at Disneyworld.
