Disney World in November: Beat the Crowds and Get the Deals
There’s something magical about Disney World no matter when you plant to visit. But when you avoid the crowds and find incredible deals, there aren’t many things which can stop you from going. So, what are you waiting for? Start looking for the cheapest air tickets to Florida and pack your bags!
November at Disney World
Whether wise you really don’t need to worry. The average daytime temperature is 79F which during the night, you should expect 58F. Plus, the pools at the Disney World resorts are heated year round so you can enjoy the pool time even when it does get a bit colder.
When it comes to the crowds, it’s best to visit Florida in mid-November. You are avoiding the Thanksgiving crowd, which is always a good thing. November, however, is “regular season” in Florida so the theme parks aren’t exactly deserted.
Now for the deals
Disney currently runs a special offer which makes this an ideal time to book hotels at Disney World .
When you purchase the 4-night/4-day Magic Your Way package, you get three more nights and free tickets for the theme parks. The rates start at $61 per night for a family of four in a standard room. In other words…a total package price of $1,691 for a family of 4 (in selected resorts). The offer is valid from November 1 to 20.
Or when you purchase the 5-night/5-day Magic Your Way package, you get two more nights and free tickets for the theme parks. The rates start at $55 per night for a family of four in a standard room. The total value of the package is $1,539 for a family of 4. The offer is valid from November 1 to 24.
Of course, the round trip flight is not included so make sure to look for flights to Florida as well when you plan your budget.
Choosing the right resort for you
Disney World is filled with resorts for all budgets. If you choose the deal mentioned above, there are four resorts available for you. You need to take into account whether you plan to use the kitchenette or if a basic room is enough for your needs.
To be honest, I doubt you’d want to spend the vacation cooking or microwaving your prepackaged food. It is cheaper to cater for yourself but when you spend a lot of time having fun, the last thing you want is to come to the hotel and cook dinner. So, it’s probably a better idea to choose a resort with basic facilities and plan your meals as you visit the parks.
