It is hard to find something that everyone in the family can do together as a group without excluding an individual or losing someone’s interest. Many people think of going to theme parks but soon come to realize that many of the attractions and shows available are not suitable for both young and old alike. Often times a family will have to split up in order to accommodate the needs of both the children and adults in a group when visiting these theme parks. How can these families ever find an activity that everyone can participate in? How can they find an outdoor activity easy enough for the youngsters yet challenging for the adults? When these same families decide to try mini-golfing at Pirate’s Cover Adventure Golf, they get what they were looking for.

What to Expect

When a group initially arrives at Pirate’s Cove Golf Adventure, they must first make their way to the office where they can rent clubs and balls for the mini-golf adventure that awaits. They office has clubs of all sizes available, and a variety of colored golf balls so each member in the group can have their pick. Then ,the group must decide which of the two courses they would like to embark on. Of course, for those mini-golf lover’s at heart, they always can opt to play both courses, all thirty-six holes, at a discounted rate.

Once on the mini-golf course, the golfers will find themselves immersed in a world of pirates, treasure and adventure. Each and every hole holds a new challenge for the mini-golfers to conquer while trying to make par. Some holes will require the golfer to make a decision on which route to take while trying to get their ball in the hole. Sometimes the golfer must decide which hole to sink their ball into while making their way through a multi-level hole. Other times, the player must choose which way to go around the obstacle to best reach the hole.

As the players make their way around the course, they will work their way through the Pirate’s World, finding themselves facing new surprises and challenges at every hole. They will explore and play through old, wrecked pirate ships. Along the course the players will encounter a host of other sights and obstacles. They will have the chance to putt their way through hidden caves where they may even be able to find a glimpse of the pirate’s treasure. Players will also make their way under waterfalls and footbridges to find their way through the course, all the while, the sound of the rushing waters n the background.

There are some things to keep in mind when visiting Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf that could help make one’s visit more pleasurable for everyone. If visiting during the summer hours, early morning and late afternoon are good times to play mini-golf. The temperatures are generally milder at these times of day, and the sun is less likely to burn little faces or wrinkled skin. These times of day are also good to visit when trying to avoid afternoon rain and thunder storms during the summer season.

Tips for Visiting

It is often a good idea, especially when mini-golfing with a number of small children, to have a plan in place when it comes to playing mini-golf. Often times, when a family with several children arrive at Pirate’s Cove golf Adventure, some drama entails when it comes time to picking ball colors and the order in which the players will golf. By having a plan in place to help parents get through this, it will ensure a much smoother mini-golf experience for the entire group.
